Senior Manager (f/m/d) Data Management
Your Responsibilities:
- Define, adapt and refine CureVac’s data strategy and actionable rollout concept focusing on data governance, data quality, and data integration across CureVac's value chain
- Lead the data management team including goal setting, people empowerment and development
- Establish and prioritize data governance and data quality initiatives
- Define, roll out, and adjust a data quality framework, including standards and processes, to ensure effective operations executed by data domains
- Specify central data quality metrics, guidelines, and training materials
- Support data domains to define and maintain business rules, thresholds, and actions to ensure targeted levels of data quality
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in leading and implementing data management in a corporate environment, preferably in the Life Science area
- Several years of experience in a similar role, including a leadership role in a data team
- Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with data governance, data quality management, data architecture, and data analytics tools and practices; familiarity with data management technologies and platforms
- Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate large volumes of complex information to senior management of various technical understandings
- Strong agile project management and communication skills, focusing also on non-technical stakeholders and audiences to guide and inspire
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
