To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a

Senior Financial IT Expert (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

•    Implementation and maintenance the system of internal controls for financial and non-financial reporting across the CureVac group
•    Optimization and implementation of internal controls at process and company level (SOX compliance) with IT relevance, e.g. for SAP / Non-ERP systems, including process documentation
•    Review and documentation of internal IT-relevant controls as well as close coordination with the central IT compliance team
•    Close cooperation with and training of process and control owners with regards to, e.g., SOD, ITAC, baselining
•    Preparation and execution of efficient walkthroughs, testing of design and operational effectiveness, action tracking and implementation
•    Automation and improvement of financial processes and SOX controls
•    Proactive support for business units to prioritize/resolve cross-functional issues

Your qualifications:
 
•    Completed university studies with a focus on business / IT / finance, or a comparable qualification
•    Several years of experience in the governance and IT audit environment, ideally in an auditing or consulting firm 
•    Applied knowledge in the field of internal auditing or ICS, ideally with a focus on IT compliance and SAP key usership
•    Good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA; knowledge in Ariba, LucaNet or mass data tools is a benefit
•    Strong analytical skills and distinct ability to work in a team
•    Structured, goal-oriented, and proactive way of working in a dynamic environment
•    Fluency in German and English
