Senior Digital & Data solution owner (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage central data analytics use cases and solutions focusing on the R&D and clinical areas, including translating scientific business needs into actionable requirements
- Ensure the delivery of solutions to consolidate, analyze, and visualize data by prioritizing development work and managing risks to keep timelines and costs
- Own digital and data products deployed on a cloud platform
- Prepare and conduct agile rites and build a collaborative environment in cross-functional projects and product teams
- Provide escalation support, and manage vendor support
- Contribute to overall FAIR scientific data management
- Communicate progress towards the top management and escalate in case of roadblocks, ensuring compliance with the CureVac project management framework
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in science / technology / engineering / mathematics, or in a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in leading multiple data analytics projects or products, e.g., gained during several years in tech or strategy consultancy, ideally in the life sciences industry
- Solid expertise in and overview on biotech R&D topics and a broad understanding of digital and data topics
- Experience in applying agile methodologies and conducting agile rites (e.g., check-ins, sprint review/planning, task tracking) and a clear understanding of how to start small (e.g., with user stories, wireframes, PoC/MVP) and iterate fast towards final digital and data solutions
- Affinity with coding and common system integration methods and technologies, including web services, REST, JSON, etc.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment from the top management to subject matter experts
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
