To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit an
IT Specialist Laboratory Services (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure highly integrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratories with solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enable delivering our digital and data strategy
- Managing relationships with external service providers for laboratory IT services.
- Troubleshooting and analysis for applications, interfaces, and systems
- Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledge base articles, and work tracking logs
- Further development, conception and development of specifications and standards
- Regular trainings of users and key users
- Stay current with the latest technologies and apply them to our operations
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science, information technology or related field or an equivalent qualification
- Expertise of laboratory information systems
- Good knowledge in GxP regulations
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Biotech industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator and ability to work team-centric
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency English, German intermediate
