Associate Project Manager (f/m/d) Technology

CureVac SE is a global biopharmaceutical company researching and developing novel drugs based on the natural molecule Messenger RNA (mRNA). Our focus is on prophylactic vaccines, innovative cancer immunotherapies and protein-based therapies. Currently, all RNA people are striving to achieve our main goal: To bring multiple best-in-class mRNA drugs to market.

 

To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a

 

Associate Project Manager (f/m/d) Technology

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Manage small to medium sized projects and work streams
  • Planning, organization, and documentation of the project team meetings ensuring project focus (with support from Project Leader)
  • Consolidation of project-specific information from various line functions within the organization
  • Prepare monthly project status report and get sign off from Project Leader
  • Integration of PMO processes & tools into the project team
  • Organizing communication with external project partners
  • Establishment of standards and template for project planning, reporting and risk analysis as well as stakeholder analysis
  • Organizational support of the Technology Portfolio Board meeting with regards to agenda, minutes and action tracking

 


Your qualifications:

 

  • A successful completed university degree (Master level) in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering or comparable qualifications
  • Professional experience in project management of complex projects in biotechnology/pharmacy environment or management of an scientific collaboration project
  • International working experience is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for operational excellence
  • A high degree of reliability in completing tasks autonomously and meeting individual targets
  • Strong communication skills, ability to cooperate and work in a team with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent language skills in English, any additional language skills are welcome
