To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a

(Associate) Director SAP (f/m/d) 

Your Responsibilities:

• Budgetary, disciplinary and functional leadership of the SAP team, including internal and external staff
• Set the mission, vision, and strategy of the SAP team and drive the development of the Application Management team towards an internal consulting organization with excellent industry, business and technical acumen and a strong business process integration focus
• Work closely with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure continuous alignment on current and future business needs and priorities 
• Assure development, maintenance and continuous improvement of CureVac’s strategic SAP platforms in line with CureVac’s overall business strategy and business needs as well as applicable regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage relationships with CureVac’s strategic external partners and be responsible for the design, negotiation and execution of respective contracts and agreements 
• Act as Chair of the SAP Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business administration, informatics or a related field, or equivalent leadership and work experience 
• Disciplinary and functional leadership experience within the life sciences industry, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA, and experience with other SAP cloud solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba and SAP BTP are a plus
• Experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects and programs, including managing vendor and consulting engagements/relationships
• Strong business process mindset and excellent business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Fluent in both English and German
