Engineer in Assay Development - Analytics in Early Process Development (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team in the entity CureVac Printer GmbH in Tübingen we are currently looking to recruit an Engineer (f/m/d) in Assay Development

Your Responsibilities:

•    Independent development and optimization of bioanalytical assays with strong hands-on work in the lab
•    Work in a team to support establishing innovative methods in Chemistry and Biochemistry 
•    Data analysis and documentation (in electronic and paper forms) of experimental results
•    Transfer of methods to quality control department
•    Assisting Laboratory organization (i.e. device maintenance, order and other administrative tasks)
•    Preparation of SOPs, reports and presentations

Your Qualification:

•    Master’s degree in the biological/chemical sciences or related field
•    Experience in biochemical and chemical methods (e.g. HPLC, spectroscopy, MS, DLS and electrophoretic methods)
•    Experience in different chromatographic methods such as AEX, RP, and/or SEC
•    Independent and reliable lab work
•    Knowledge in statistical data analysis and experimental design (DoE) is of advantage
•    Experience in method validation would be a benefit
•    Familiar with Microsoft office 
•    Excellent team spirit

•    Fluency in English, German is a plus
