CureVac AG is a global biopharmaceutical company researching and developing novel drugs based on the natural molecule Messenger RNA (mRNA). Our focus is on prophylactic vaccines, innovative cancer immunotherapies and protein-based therapies. Currently, about 600 RNA people are striving to achieve our main goal: To bring multiple best-in-class mRNA drugs to market.

To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a

RNA Printer® Engineer (f/m/d) R&D and DSP Innovations

Your responsibilities:

  • Support innovations in RNA Printer® development with sound methods and processes
  • Show feasibility of and develop new nucleic acid synthesis and downstream processing steps
  • GDP/GMP documentation
  • Plan and execute experiments as part of a team as well as report and present experimental results
  • Lab organization and equipment maintenance

Your qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in life sciences, bioprocessing, bioengineering or related disciplines, or a bachelor of life sciences degree with at least 2 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Good understanding of biologics, especially nucleic acids
  • Prior experience in bioprocessing and purification with TFF or HPLC and analytical equipment
  • Knowledge of GMP is as plus
  • Open-mindedness, as well as a focused and efficient approach to working
  • Excellent team spirit
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
