CureVac AG is a global biopharmaceutical company researching and developing novel drugs based on the natural molecule Messenger RNA (mRNA). Compensation & Benefits Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation and key user of an electronic trading platform for global employee equity incentive plans with participants currently in the US and Germany
  • Automate and support all equity transactions including new grant issuances, stock option exercises, restricted stock unit releases, 10b5-1 plan activities, and employee stock purchase plans including accurate tax withholding, vesting periods and regulatory filings
  • Cooperation with our Legal team regarding regulatory requirements relating to insider trading and compliance with SEC guidelines
  • Collaboration with our Finance and HR teams to ensure records are accurate between stock administration, general ledgers and payroll
  • Point of contact for participants as the in-house stock plan specialist including preparing training materials, resolving any issues and managing new contracts
  • Implementation of regular shareholder analysis and ad hoc reports

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the audit environment of an auditing or consulting firm, or experience in SEC reporting in particular with management of employee share programs
  • Knowledge and experience in electronic trading platform for employee stock option plans experience in a U.S. public company
  • Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to design and communicate complex issues in a simple manner
  • Very good organizational skills, a precise, independent way of working and a solution-oriented approach
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality in a very open and transparent environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, with a special focus on Excel
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
